Since 1991, date of its foundation, Altair is a producer of industrial air cleaners, industrial air filters and offers several cleaning systems:
Basis cartridge, cartridge with top manual cleaning, cartridge with side manual cleaning, cartridge with motorzed cleaning system.
The ALTAIR polyester filtering cartridges can be washed several times (we recommend up to three times) with high pressure water. Observe the following parameters:
- Pressure Maximum
- Température Up to 100°C
- Detergent: Ph = 5/6
Clean the cartridge slowly, directing the flow into 8 - 10 pleats at a time from the top to the bottom. Hold the nozzle at a distance of approximately 30 cm.
Wash the cartridge and drain any residual water. Dry the filter carefully to ensure perfect operation without problems. Proceed in either of the following two ways to dry the filter: 1) Dry at ambient temperature for one week. 2) Dry in an oven at a maximum temperature of 100°C for 12 hours.
The cartridge can be fitted back after this procedure.
