COL500P is suitable for dry or humid processes (across dew point), in filters with compressed air cleaning system, in aggressive environments also for the presence of acids and alkalis, for the food-processing, chemical and manufacturing industry.
Offers also several cleaning systems:
Clean the cartridge slowly, directing the flow into 8 - 10 pleats at a time from the top to the bottom. Hold the nozzle at a distance of approximately 30 cm.
Wash the cartridge and drain any residual water. Dry the filter carefully to ensure perfect operation without problems. Proceed in either of the following two ways to dry the filter: 1) Dry at ambient temperature for one week. 2) Dry in an oven at a maximum temperature of 100°C for 12 hours.
The cartridge can be fitted back after this procedure.
