The Aerosil coating is an additional phase of badding on the filtering material trough the application, before the dust removing process of a special dust duly dosed. This coating is necessary to increase the results of the pneumatic cleaning keeping constant the value of the lost charge.
The coating is necessary for the filtraction of dusts coming from following proces :
- welding ,
- taglio laser, taglio al plasma,
- laser and plasma cutting,
- matalization (aluminium,zinc,nichel etc.),
- all the cases with low dust concentration ,
- all the cases with oil presence,
- all the cases with tacky dusts..
The coating is necessary when:

- the dust particles have very fine granulometry
- there are low dust concentration on the gas to be filtered
- the dusts are tacky
