Only top quality filtering materials all cerified by the German BIA Institute, are used. We use polyester fibres, Nomex, Rayton, P84, polypropylene, acrylic, aramidic; our wide range of finishing treatments includes Teflon-coating, waterproofing, oilproofing, flame-retarding treatment, anti-static coating, non-stick coating, etc.
Automated numeric control machines carry out the entire production and packaging cycle. The next generation production and management technologies we employ include automatic tubing lines CAD/CAM technology cutting blades, automatic tubing lines capable of ensuring millimetric accuracy and outstandindgly high reliability, handling units for automatic pleating and continuous packaging.
Filtering fabrics
COL500AC is an acrylic felt filtering fabric with an internal acrylic weave made by needlepunching.
The production method ensures constant, uniform permeability to air with good filtering efficiency and high stability.
Maximum working temperature is 130° with peaks of 140°.
COL500AC is suitable for hot and/or humid processes in filters with compressed air cleaning system in environments which may also be aggressive for the presence of acids or high temperatures. It is suitable for the gypsum and lime working industry, for boiler fumes, for aluminium working industry, for oil combustion fumes and fumes generated by bituminous processes.
