COL500R filtering fabric is an sulfar felt (RYTON®) with a PTFE weave made by needlepunching.
The production method ensures constant, uniform permeability to air with good filtering efficiency and high stability.
Maximum working temperature is 180° with peaks of 200°.
COL500R undergoes a special treatment to protect from hydrolysis and acid aggression.
It is suitable for hot and/or humid processes in filters with compressed air cleaning system in aggressive environments also for the presence of acids or alkalis for solid urban waste incinerators, coal boiler fumes, chemical industries and heavy oil combustion.
